We are thrilled that you are interested in hosting a program “Under the Umbrella” at WCHS. Please be aware of the following policies:
- Programs must be approved by the WCHS Council. Please allow 2 weeks for approval once your application has been submitted. Any program handbooks or documentation must be on file with the WCHS Council.
- Programs must follow the WCHS By-Laws and support the mission of WCHS.
- Any program dues or fees must have a clear purpose and full disclosure to members.
- Any program supplies bought with program dues become the property of WCHS.
- Programs shall remain under the umbrella for the school year in which they were implemented. At the end of the school year, Program Leaders may decide to end their program under the umbrella.
- WCHS retains the right to continue the program if a Program Leader decides not to lead the program again.
Benefits of being "Under the Umbrella" of WCHS:
- You and your group will be covered by WCHS Release of Liability Forms.
- Promotion of your group through WCHS Facebook, website, e-chain, and calendar.
- Access to the WCHS Calendar and email options.
- WCHS Council members will be available to support you through your program and help with any issues that may arise.
- The opportunity to share your passion or skill with the group!
