Wayne County Home Schoolers (WCHS) is a welcoming support group for homeschooling families in Wayne County, NC.
WCHS was founded in 2015 to meet a growing need in our area: a homeschool group where families of all backgrounds, beliefs, and teaching styles could truly feel at home. From the beginning, we've focused on creating an inclusive and supportive community where everyone belongs.
Our goal is to help families connect, find encouragement, and grow together-- whether through co-ops, field trips, meetups, or simply sharing the ups and downs of homeschool life. Homeschooling can be challenging, but you don't have to do it alone. At WCHS, community makes all the difference.
